Intellectual property

The Fustani name, mark, designs, copy, and imagery are owned by us or licensed to us, and may not be copied or used commercially without prior permission.

We aim for the information on this site to be accurate, but it may contain errors or change. Contacting us through the waitlist does not create a contractual relationship.

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your data and forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be referred to the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
